  • Some form of journaling or documentation throughout the program.
  • Effort towards identifying foods that may cause unfavorable reactions in your body.
  • Long-term success by teaching you how to maintain your improvements even after the program is over.

  • Extremely limited/low caloric intake that makes you feel like you are starving.
